SouthPointe Builders completed a major renovation of our home – while we were living in it! Our home’s original kitchen was large, but surprisingly unfunctional. I had consulted other builders and even reviewed proposed plans, but I kept running into the same concern: the layout wasn’t truly changing. While the kitchens would have looked nice, they still would have lacked functionality. I couldn’t fully envision the right solution on my own, but I recognized the ones that came up short.
From our very first meeting, it was clear that Delvis and Jonathan had done their homework. They came prepared with a creative, thoughtful vision and weren’t afraid to take the time needed to do things properly. Jonathan’s craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail truly show in the final result. Our home now is not only beautiful, but most importantly highly functional.
Delvis was an incredible guide throughout the selection process. She listened carefully to my preferences and used her experience to recommend fixtures and materials that were both beautiful and appropriate for our space. Because we lived in the house during construction, we worked very closely with our superintendent, Chris. He was endlessly patient, addressing concerns and answering my questions almost daily. He took great care to keep us comfortable throughout the renovation and consistently kept me informed about what to expect. He even got to know our children, and was always a warm, welcome presence in our home.
